Last updated: May 8, 2026. These terms explain the basic rules for using Stockclipper. They are written to be readable, but they do not replace any rights you have under applicable law.
What Stockclipper Is
Stockclipper is an informational research product for self-directed investors. It watches public and third-party data signals, maps trends to possible public-company exposure, and helps users explore those signals with AI-assisted research tools.
Not Financial Advice
Stockclipper is not a brokerage, investment adviser, financial planner, or tax adviser. Content in the product is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should verify data before relying on it.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not use Stockclipper to break the law, abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, scrape the product at scale, or interfere with other users.
AI And Data Limits
Stockclipper uses AI models and market/signal data providers. AI responses, signal summaries, ticker mappings, market data, and arbitrage-window estimates may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Treat them as starting points for research, not as facts or trade instructions.
Paid Features
Paid subscriptions, when available, are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and features may change, but we will try to make material changes clear in the product. Stripe may retain payment, tax, invoice, and compliance records as required by law and its own policies.
Data Rights
You can request a copy of your account data and start account deletion from Settings. Local Stockclipper account data is deleted from our application database when deletion completes. Some records handled by processors, such as Stripe payment records, may be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance reasons.
Availability And Changes
We may update, pause, or remove features as the product evolves. We aim to keep Stockclipper useful and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit a particular investment outcome.
